This truly superb album is a must for all admirers of both Gerry and John's work, after writing many, many hits and album tracks during the 70's and 80's both Gerry and John decided in 1999 to "Book-In" some quality time and have another bash at writing some songs, the first result was of course the UK's Eurovision Song Contest entry for the year 2000 "Don't Play That Song Again", the song writing sessions continued from late 1999 to late early 2001, when sadly Gerry became ill, passing away in 2003.  This album showcases the song writing talents of these two great gents who had been close friends for over 30 years and tasted the highs and lows of stardom during that time, a collection of 11 songs which are outstanding, three of the songs are dedicated to their followers over the years, showing that both Gerry and John had not forgotten their roots!!, which ones?? well you will simply have to find out for yourself!!
